Frequently Asked Questions:

How much does it cost?
The cost is $15 per person. Children under age 3 are free, though due to space limitations and RSVP is required for all who plan to attend.

Where does the money go?
100% of the proceeds from ticket and silent auction sales will go towards funding center improvements.

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets may be purchased before May 5th through Small Faces by:

Check: Drop a check in the tuition box before May 5th with “Preschool Prom” and the number of attendees in the subject line. (Include children under age 3 – even though they are free – to ensure we get an accurate head count)

Billing: Send an email or call the Main Office before May 5th to have the ticket cost Credit Card: Call (206) 782-2611 or stop by the Main Office to purchase from Johnny or Kathy. • added to your monthly tuition bill.

What will be included in the Silent Auction?
Lots of great stuff! So far we’ve received everything from family photo sessions to restaurant gift certificates to an Xbox 360 with Kinect package. Check back often – we will be posting the auction catalog as we get closer to the event. Music, dancing, auction… See below for up to date items!

What happens after May 5th?
After May 5th we will open up attendance to the community until we are sold out. Due to the popularity of Caspar Babypants and The Not-Its, as well as our size restrictions, we recommend purchasing early to ensure your space.

May I bring friends and family?
Yes! Your friends and family are welcome to attend. Our gym has limited capacity, though, so we recommend purchasing as early as possible.

It’s called a Preschool Prom, but my child is in Big Kids – are we invited? Absolutely! It’s called Preschool Prom only because that was catchier than “All Small Faces’ Students Prom.” ALL our families are included and we hope to see you there!!

How does ticketing work?
To help keep costs down, the Small Faces office will keep a list rather than issuing paper tickets and you’ll be checked in at the door. Once purchased, your space is non-refundable.

Do we get to/have to dress up?

Attire is up to you – there will be folks who relish the opportunity to get dolled up, and those who are far more comfortable in jeans. What matters is that you show up ready to have a great time.

What else?
Plenty! There will be a photo booth, raffle, plenty of baked goods and happy memories to be made. I’d love to help!

Do you need volunteers?
We sure do – especially on the night of the event. If you can help with setting up, taking a shift at the concessions table, etc., please contact Julie Lowe at Juliemunozlowe@hotmail.com

I can’t attend or volunteer, how can I support the fundraising efforts?
First off, THANK YOU! Secondly, you can make a donation by any of the aforementioned ticketing methods. Hmmm…

I still have questions…is there someone I can reach out to?

Sure thing! Contact Julie Lowe at Juliemunozlowe@hotmail.com
